Tutorial of English
We organise for employees in premises of our firm the regular tutorials of English language - costs of which are cured by the employer. The tuition in courses is done through the use of two textbooks – the first one “Tech Talk” (Oxford University Press) aimed at the technical English and the second one “English 365” – Book 2 (Cambridge University Press) that presents working topics and also the common life.

Personal qualities of employee
In March 2010 the schooling “Training of employees´ personal quality progress“ took part. Participants of this course discussed their attitudes to the firm´s function, the proactive models, varieties of employees, levels of personal qualities, characters of persons as to their attitudes to the given task, and chosen instruments to solve problems.
Project management
In April 2010 the schooling “Project management” took part. Participants of this course became acquainted with the definition of the project, project targets, project life cycles, project planning processes, and the possibilities to use software supports. In March 2010 the seminary which treated of possibilities to use the mobile operator panel MP277F in the Fail-safe-make took part. The International Professional Organisation ISPE organised in the year 2009 in Budapest, Hungary the course on the revised edition of the GAMP5 for project managers and control system programmers who are specialising in the automation within the pharmacy.Four specialists from TAURID attended the course.
