Speed up the pickling process

The production cycle of the specific pickling programme was analysed and theoretical value calculated; bottleneck of transport found. Worked out time diagram of transport shows that exposition times must be revised&suited to transport demands but still must correspond to process requirements.
The existing production rate was increased by c. 50%. Easy and user-friendly way how to select&define pickling programme has not changed! Operators just choose from existing&familiar but extended list of pickling programmes.
We are finishing to speed up the pickling process of another one pickling programme within several weeks. The reliability and safety of the transport remains high.
