  1. Inquiry

    Just when you can define your requirements, let us know it. By telephone, by fax, by e-mail. Your inquiry will be registered and a unique code of business transaction will be generated & assigned.
  2. Quotation

    We are pleased to present a customized solution; we typically provide itemized scope of supply. You learn technical solution, itemized price, commercial conditions, delivery terms, given warranty in every quotation.
    We prefer every quotation to be presented personally in order to make clear any vague matters.
  3. Purchase Order, Contract

    Persons responsible for commercial matters, technical matters, work safety especially are stated nominally.
  4. Engineering

    A project manager is nominated for every job order in accordance with the Taurid Project Management.
    Nominated project manager co-ordinates work team and is responsible let you know actual workflow regularly and in written form.
    Schedule of Works is prepared by Project Manager to specify all essential deadlines.
  5. Designing

    Electric scope of documentation is processed in 2 editions: for assembly and as built. We provide to our customers all documents in an electronic form.
  6. Application software development

    Application software is structured and commented; programmers keep standards to develop software, either company standards (Taurid Standards to Develop Application Software) or standards provided by customer.
    We prepare a brief description of algorithm, method of control and operation; you will be asked to approve it.
    A tight co-operation during software development is profitable for both sides.
  7. Workshop manufacture and assembly

    All supplies are checked before shipment in terms of quality and completeness.
    Manufactured electric cabinets, control panels & desks, terminal boxes are terminated to source of electric power supply; input and output digital and analogue signals are checked, proper hardware setting, etc.
  8. Inspection, Factory Accpetance Test (FAT)

    We are ready to welcome you to inspect progress of work res. factory acceptance test (FAT) aimed at correction of possible imperfections before beginning of on-site assembly or commissioning.
    FAT Protocol will be issued, results written down and signed by supplier and customer.
  9. On-site assembly

    Our project manager elaborates with head fitter a Safety Method Statement.
    On-site assembly works are govern by skilled head fitter. Daily reports and expected portion of works for next day will be delivered to you every day.
    Assembly Completion Statement will be prepared for you.
  10. Commissioning

    We begin with check of signals step by step, check of safety & emergency stop circuits, check of proper sense of rotation, behaviour and function of individual devices is checked also.
    We issue an Operation Test Protocol whenever the commissioning period is completed.
    Equipment is tested for all designed modes of operation, fault conditions are simulated, proper generation of fault messages is simulated on screens of HMI, SCADA systems.
  11. Training

    On-site traning is an integral part of our scope of supply. Operators and maintenance staff are familiarized with installed equipment, used control system - PLC, human machine interface - HMI, SCADA. We explain how to control the equipment.
    Training at Taurid Headquarters tailored to the specific installation and used control system is recommended especially for sophisticated applications.
  12. Trial operation

    Final tuning & setting of parameters and variables is performed during the trial operation, behaviour of installed equipment is observed; operators consult questions with us.
    User's manual and Maintenance manual are provided to the end user. We describe conditions of safe operation, how to stop the equipment in emergency, all needed routines especially.

  13. Technical Support

    We provide to our customers 24 hours technical support. Do not hesitate to call us and consult your technical difficulties.
    Do not waste time - call directly to the programmer/service engineer - you know his/her mobile phone number during the guarantee period. A response time is in compliance with the signed contract.
    Within a short period the announced problem will be restored or diagnosed reasons and suggested how to restore the fault, e.g. defecteve parts will be repaired or replaced. Spare parts are available at stock immediately or will be delivered from the subsupplier's stock via DHL in case of emergency.
